Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by lk2 on lk2.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the lk2 platform.

2. Each individual may only hold one active account.
3. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
4. Lk2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

As an lk2 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

1. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
2. Engaging in fraud, hacking, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
3. Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or errors in the gaming system.
4. Using another person's account or sharing account access with any third party.
5. Conducting transactions related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
6. Registering an account using a false identity or misleading information.

Lk2 reserves the right to take legal action against any user who violates these terms, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Liability Limits

Lk2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to: financial losses from gambling activity, service disruptions due to maintenance or technical failure, or third-party actions beyond lk2's control.

The lk2 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lk2 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of lk2 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law.

You may not copy, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, or use any content on the lk2 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from lk2.
